OUR PROCESS WORKS AS FOLLOWS:

• Go through our website and select as many packages as you wish for your event. All packages are offered on a no-risk basis. This means that you have the opportunity to sell as many packages at your event as you wish, and you will only be responsible for items that you sell at your event.


• Once you have placed a reservation on the auction items you wish to offer and signed an agreement, you may use the text for each of the items. We ask that you use the text exactly as written. Place this text into all applicable marketing materials (event program, web site, etc.) to promote these great items (an image is also provided for your use). You will also want to include our text on suggested retail values.


• Determine the minimum amount you would like each item to be sold for (we recommend at least a 20% margin above your cost).


• At your event, we recommend that you prepare a certificate for your winning bidder congratulating them, and include your contact information as well as the expected delivery date of item. You should also provide a copy of the text of the item they purchased so they have a record of what they have won.


• Complete your order form and submit with your favorite Winspire sales counselor.


• Winspire will send your package(s) to you upon receipt of payment so that you may send along a thank you note to your winning bidder(s) with their package(s). Please allow 3-4 weeks for your package(s) to be completed from time of order.


• We will send your package(s) to you via signature required delivery. All packages include instructions so winning bidders can self book. In addition, you or your winning bidder(s) can call our travel concierge with any questions at 877-544-8555.


• Please handle certificates carefully as they are same as cash. Winspire packages are non-refundable. Please use all text provided by Winspire as we assume no responsibility for any changes made to text.
