Steeped in Northern Italian traditions, Chef Steve Samson brings his personal vision of his grandmother’s cooking to life with fresh California produce and specially paired wines. Enjoy Steve’s intimate interpretation of Cucina Della Nonna in your own home. Guests will be greeted by Chef Steve Samson and Team Rossoblu and dinner will include an Aperitivo and a four-course exploration into Bolognese cuisine with specially selected wines and crafted cocktails. Diners can expect lots of fresh antipasti, pasta, fish, meat, and of course gelato.

Chef Steve Samson
Samson grew up spending summers in Bologna, Italy, his mother’s hometown, where life centered around the dining room table. After graduating from New York’s Institute of Culinary Education, he worked at various Michelin-starred restaurants throughout Italy before returning to Southern California in 2009, where he opened the award-winning Pizzeria Ortica in Orange County. In 2011, Samson opened Sotto in Los Angeles, which earned immediate acclaim as Los Angeles Magazine’s #1 Best New Restaurant and one of Esquire Magazine’s Best New Restaurants in America. Rossoblu is the multiyear recipient of the Michelin Guide's Bib Gourmand, the Los Angeles Times Annual 101 Best Restaurants and for 5 years straight was listed on Eater LA's 38 Essential Restaurant list since opening in 2017. It's been a critical darling since the late revered food critic Jonathan Gold listed it as a top ten Los Angeles restaurant after only being open one year.
Package Redemption
Winspire Travel packages and experiences must be booked within one year of the purchase date. The actual travel date must occur within two years of the purchase date.

Additional Information
Reservations are subject to availability, blackout dates, and major holidays. Reservations must be booked 60 days in advance of travel. Purchases through charity fundraisers are non-refundable.
