Rossoblu Private Dinner
Enjoy a private dinner party with wine pairings for up to 10 people. Begin in the Lambrusco Lounge with sparkling wines and tray-passed hors d'oeuvres. Your group will be treated to a private tour of Rossoblu’s wine cellar, the pasta kitchen, and the butcher room, with a Lambrusco tasting and a sampling of Rossoblu’s housemade salumi.
Chef Steve Samson will then open the doors to his private chef’s table in Rossoblu’s wine cellar. He and his staff will prepare a 5-course family style meal with wine pairings which will include some of the restaurant’s signature dishes, as well as others prepared exclusively for your party. End your evening by sampling from Chef Steve’s private amaro collection. This quintessential liqueur is a traditional ending to a fine Italian meal.
Dinner includes wines, coffee/tea service and gratuity. Up to 10 additional guests can be added for a fee.
Chef Steve Samson
Samson grew up spending summers in Bologna, Italy, his mother’s hometown, where life centered around the dining room table. After graduating from New York’s Institute of Culinary Education, he worked at various Michelin-starred restaurants throughout Italy before returning to Southern California in 2009, where he opened the award-winning Pizzeria Ortica in Orange County. In 2011, Samson opened Sotto in Los Angeles, which earned immediate acclaim as Los Angeles Magazine’s #1 Best New Restaurant and one of Esquire Magazine’s Best New Restaurants in America.
