Enjoy a 3-night stay with daily breakfast at the historic castle of Château d’Etoges. Nestled in the heart of the Champagne region in France, this enchanting 17th-century château is surrounded by lush vineyards and picturesque landscapes.
Full-Day Wine Tour
During your incredible excursion, you will tour a smaller champagne producer and a larger one – Moët & Chandon to understand the differences and philosophies that guide the works of each. Moët & Chandon will offer a guided tour of the renowned champagne house’s labyrinthine cellars, followed by flutes for tasting. Enjoy a delicious French meal at a local restaurant between wineries and stop for a visit to the village of Hautvillers and the Abbey of Dom Perignon.
Le Foch
Awaken your tastebuds at the Michelin-starred, Le Foch. The elaborate cuisine, like it’s seabass cooked within the clay pottery of Vallauris follows the seasons and arrivals of the best products on the market. Add that to a remarkable wine list and top-notch service, you will get a accurate picture of Le Foch and the pleasures that await you there.
