Leverage Our Fundraising Travel Packages in 4 Easy Steps

1. Choose Your Experiences
Winspire has more than 200 fundraising travel packages (known as Experiences) available at any given time, from sightseeing tours to all-inclusive resort stays to attendance at once-in-a-lifetime events. Simply add the Experiences you want to your Suitcase (cart) to reserve them. If you have questions about which packages will appeal to your supporters, Winspire’s Event Fundraising Specialists are happy to help!

2. Promote Them to Your Supporters
When you reserve an Experience, Winspire will provide multiple high-quality, eye-catching photos that you can incorporate into your event marketing materials to get supporters excited about bidding on these trips. We also have downloadable templates available in our Resource Hub to help you create resources for showcasing items at your event, such as catalogs, display sheets, and bid sheets.

3. Share Your Success
Your nonprofit can sell each Winspire Experience more than once—for example, at an auction and a raffle during the same event. Every dollar you raise above the Nonprofit Cost (list price) goes directly to your organization and its mission. Plus, there are no upfront costs to reserve packages, and you only pay for what you sell at your event, which is what makes Winspire’s model 100% no-risk.

4. Winners Redeem Their Packages
After your event, all you have to do is settle costs for the Experiences you sold and provide a voucher to each winning bidder. Then, your winners will use those vouchers to book their travels with Winspire. Our full-service travel agency handles everything from adjusting hotel reservations to reserving additional excursions—there is no additional work required for your nonprofit!

We were so grateful to partner with Winspire for our gala; the team truly helped make our event a success. The variety and quality of travel experiences offered made it easy for us to find packages that resonated with our guests and maximized engagement in our auction.
Our coordinator, Lauren, was exceptional to work with. She took the time to understand our goals and even shared top-selling packages within a price range that fit our budget, which made planning so much easier. After the event, the process of distributing vouchers to our winning bidders was completely seamless.
Thank you, Winspire, for helping us create an unforgettable experience for our supporters while supporting the kids we serve!Danielle, Boys & Girls Club of Rochester
In the last year, our company has increased our selection of items from Winspire for our managed foundations. All around, it has been a win for our managed foundations. Our internal team can rely on the team at Winspire to be reliable and responsive to our unique needs. Our donors have had a wonderful experience with the team at Winspire on the fulfillment side. I have had some great feedback from the auction winners about the level of experience of their packages. One winner said that the experience exceeded their expectations and the auction description. We can’t wait to grow with Winspire.
Andrea Baker, Prolanthropy
St. Anne Catholic School has truly enjoyed partnering with Winspire over the past two years for our Golf Tournament and Gala. The experiences they offer are unique, exciting, and bring a wonderful “wow factor” to our auctions. What stands out most is the Winspire team’s communication, flexibility, and genuine commitment to helping nonprofits succeed. They make the entire process easy and enjoyable, and their goal is always clear—to help organizations raise meaningful funds for their most important priorities. The experiences have performed very well at our events and helped us increase our fundraising. I’m especially grateful for the support of Joe Furmanski, Fundraising Specialist, who has been fantastic to work with and always willing to help in any way he can.
Maureen Bournazian, St. Anne School
From my very first email, the experience was seamless. I was met with genuine support, clear guidance, and exceptional professionalism. Ryan Foley, the fundraising specialist I worked with, was incredibly organized, attentive, and made each step easy to understand. We offered two live auction packages—one that sold twice and another that sold three times.
I would recommend Winspire to any organization looking to elevate their auction experience.
Claire Franco, We Fortify
Winspire made selecting the best auction items easy for our organization. From the early planning stages to invoicing our winning bidders, the process was seamless. Suzanne, our fundraising specialist, was a prompt communicator and worked diligently to help us have the best experience. I look forward to working with Winspire for our next event!

What are consignment fundraising travel packages?
Consignment fundraising travel packages are vacations curated by dedicated providers and designed for nonprofits to use in auctions, raffles, and similar events. The consignment model means that your organization reserves packages in advance of your event but doesn’t purchase them until afterward. Plus, you only pay for what you sell, and your organization keeps all proceeds above the list price, making this model highly flexible and risk-free.
Why procure auction and raffle prizes through a consignment provider?
Vacation packages are among the best-selling charity auction items and have high individual revenue potential. However, they’re difficult to procure since they’re rarely donated, and piecing them together from nonprofit-discounted purchases is time-consuming. When you go through a consignment provider like Winspire, you can secure an entire vacation package in one place for a lower cost than you typically would anywhere else. There is also plenty of flexibility, no risk to your nonprofit, and no post-event vacation booking responsibilities for your team.
Are airfare and hotel accommodations included in Winspire’s travel packages?
Winspire typically includes accommodations in each Experience, but not airfare to allow winners additional flexibility in their travel (this way, they can choose which airport they’d like to fly out of, what airline they book with, what seat type they prefer, etc.). Experience costs are based on hotel room rack rates for the specified number of nights in the package description, and Winspire’s travel agents can add on extra nights at the winning bidder’s request for an additional fee.
Are there blackout dates or hidden fees associated with Winspire Experiences?
Sometimes, but not often. The few blackout dates that come up are dependent on third-party providers’ availability and package offerings (i.e., if an Experience is associated with a specific event, such as the Kentucky Derby or Country Music Awards, the winner must take the trip when that event is happening). Winners are only subject to additional costs if they want to add hotel nights or extra excursions to their Experience, and there are no hidden fees for nonprofits.
